There are times when any business leader faces chaotic situations of high ambiguity and uncertainty when stakes are high, but standard solutions don't apply. Luckily, any conflict or problematic situation is "pregnant"​ with a potential solution. My role is to identify the root cause responsible for the majority of negative symptoms, challenge the underlying assumptions and catalyze the birth process of a tailor-made solution. Typically, farther implementation is done by the client's team independently or with the help of specific business consultants.

Typical customer issues:
- The need for a fresh look and independent analysis of the crisis situation;
- Sharp changes in the market context and/or the competitive environment;
- Lack of a common long-term company vision between business owners;
- The conflict between shareholders, high risk of costly litigation;
- Entering new, critical markets, launching new business initiatives and Joint Ventures;
- Burnout of the founder, recruitment, and motivation of the CEO, conflict within the C-level team;
- Assessment of the necessity and size of the investment round, complex M&A transactions;
- Risk of deadlock or need to strengthen position during high-stakes negotiations.
