Headcount 20 000+ FTE (initial headcount 58000). In 2014 the company started a large-scale transformation, inclding change of the operational model, business processes modification, cost optimization program.
The CHR&OD role is aimed at transformation and cultural change pf the of the organization. It sets direction through the company’s people strategy, standards, and processes, thereby:

• establishing an HR function that equals the best international practices.
• design and implementation of the new corporate and operational model in the context of the company’s transformation to a modern and highly effective organization.
• Execution of the staff downsizing program aimed at cost cutting
• Supports the top executive team in the management of the top talent across the organization.
• Equips managers with tools to successfully manage, lead, develop, retain, and engage their people.
• Manages a competitive reward philosophy, which is designed to attract and retain employees.
• Manages organizational culture on behalf of the CEO.
• Supervises Resourcing, Talent and Succession, Performance and Reward, Learning and
Development, Engagement and Employee Relations, and Organizational Design.

Launch and successful transformation of the former state monopoly into a business structure with the focus on client and result orientation.
Development and implementation of the new operational model and new organizational structure. Including transformation and unification of the business processes, centralization of functions, creation of shared canters, outsourcing, etc.
Structure optimization: reduction of span of control and management levels. Headcount optimization by more than 50% over 4 years (58K in 2014 , 18+K in 20198)

Development and successful implementation of the performance management system based on the KPIs (corporate, functional, transformational).
